why does the DELL wireless client manager keep overiding windows XP's wireless ZERO configuration?

On the Dell Wireless Client Manager there should be an option that can be unchecked that states "Let this tool manage your wireless networks". If for some reason after this is unchecked and it is still controlling the wireless the next step is uninstalling the Dell wireless client manager from Add/Remove programs. After the program is uninstalled the wireless will be running off of Windows XP Zero Configuration.
