How do you send an email to several receipients so the names are not showing to the others?

Put the emails in the BCC field. BCC stands for blind carbon copy.
If you put your own email address in the To: field and everyone else in the BCC box then no one will know who else it was sent to. Otherwise everyone would at least see who was in the To box.
CC is carbon copy and everyone will see the list.
