Belkin uses http://192.168.2.1 (NOT 192.168.1.1) for the admin page.
Once you open the admin page, you can click the security tab on the left. It will prompt for the admin password (if you set one) and then you will get the page to change your encryption.
If you lost the password to the config page, then you only have one choice - to hard-reset the router which will erase the settings so it's like brand-new. Then you will have to either use the setup CD again, or manually change the SSID, encryption, and anything else you care about at http://192.168.2.1 - by default, there is no password, just click submit.

I think the easiest thing to do is to reset the router and start again. You can do this by pressing in the little tab located just underneath the mains power cable at the back for about 12 seconds. this just means that you will have no password and therefore can set up a new one from the main computer.

put "192.168.1.1" in your URL bar
leave the username field empty, and then in the password field, put "admin"
then go to security, and then do whatever you want to do

Connect to your home network and in your web browser type 192.168.x.1 where x is either 0, 1 or 2. Apple routers use 10.0.0.1. This will open the administrator panel of your router.
