Get Spybot : Search & destroy, Hijack This, TweakUI, Window Defender, and Trend Micro sysclean and rootkit buster. Remove SUPERantispyware professional and lavasoft ad-ware. That's all you need to do. Btw, Avast! and spyware blaster are nice program, you can keep them. Also, get CCleaner and Defraggler (Free defragment software). However, If you want the best defragment software...go for Diskeeper. As for firewall use Zonealarm (free edition or the $ verson).

Avast and SAS Pro are very good choices. Ad-Aware is a bit redundant, if you want a back-up use Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware. The free version doesn't run in real-time mode so no conflicts. SpywareBlaster is useful if you're using IE but not so useful if you're using Firefox. You'd be safer using Firefox with NoScript, that will keep you safe from malicious scripts hidden on web pages by hackers.
You also need a strong two-way firewall, that is your *first* line of defence. OnlineArmor is easier to use than Comodo.
Also, use Secunia PSI to keep *all* your software up-to-date with the latest security patches. And SiteAdvisor to warn you of bad sites when googling.

I've heard that AVAST! isn't all that good. I've never used it, so I can't say. But do not get rid of Ad-aware! That baby just saved my computer yesterday, so obviously Lavasoft's got something right. Try AVG free. The free version just as well as the paid version, you just won't get the flashy "e-mail" blockers and whatnot.
If you take anything from this answer, do not get rid of Lavasoft.

You don't need all those programs. I you have a browser with good security settings, and a good antivirus that has good protection (I recommend Kaspersky), your computer will be safe. I don't use any antivirus!

Malwarebytes will NOT cause any conflicts and runs very well with Avast and Superantispyware.
I would drop AdAware as MBAM & Super will cover you better.
I would also remove Spyware Blaster and use the following:
Spybot S&D:
http://www.safer-networking.org/en /download/index.html
Download, install, update and Immunize, turn off Tea Timer then click 'Check for problems' then when complete select all and then 'Fix Checked'
Open Spybot, click on Mode, select Advanced, click on Tools then Resident and untick Resident 'Tea Timer'
Do NOT untick Resident 'SD Helper' as that is your protection.
Comodo BO Clean:
http://www.comodo.com/boclean/CB O_download.html
Simply download and install, follow instructions on screen.
Real time virus and malware protection - stops rootkits,, hijackers, keyloggers and Trojans from stealing your identity.
Go here to see what it protects you against:
http://www.comodo.com/boclean/ trolist.html
For uninstalling use RevoUninstaller:
http://www.download.co m/Revo-Uninstaller/3000-2096_4-10687648. html?part=dl-RevoUnins&subj=uo&tag=butto n&cdlPid=10854684
It's faster and better than add / remove applet.
When you run it highlight the item then select uninstall in next window select Advanced and click Next, follow prompts when uninstalled it will scan registry and drive for leftover files / folders, click + sign to expand all results and tick ONLY the bold items and follow prompts.

OK.
You should get rid of all anti viruses except for AVAST!. Pretend you have a virus on your computer. All the anti virus will go for it. Who will get it first? your computer crashes and never goes on ever again. Sadly ever after
