Best Answer: I'm going to assume you are using a laptop. 1) Check the sides of the computer. There should be a little switch with a picture of an antenna with waves coming out of it. Make sure that is in the "On" position. Sometimes there is a blue option under one of the function keys with a similar symbol, hold the FN key and hit that if you see that symbol on the keyboard. 2) Go into your Network Devices, Network Adapters, or Local Area Connections (all different names for the same thing) and make sure the wireless is not set to disabled.
