WHY ISNT THE APPSTORE/ITUNES WORKING!!!!!?
so i got a mac (school one) and its a macbook 10.7.3 Lion (the white one..) and when i try to connect my macbook to the app store or itunes it loads for a while then says "could not connect to appstore/itunes"
but when im at school its perfect i am connected to wifi (im writing this on my mac) and everything works perfectly ....the appstore version is... 1.1.2 do i need an update??? if so how....because the sofware update is the same.... but at school it is like just PERFECTTTTTT everything works i mean EVERYTHING but here not the app store, itunes or the software update work...

Your school's loaner Macbook has been "Set Up", by the school's IT staff, to access the iTunes Store, and the Mac App Store, ONLY through the school's main Apple Server-based computer.
So, you can't install anything on the loaner that hasn't been pre-approved by IT, and can ONLY be downloaded while you're in school.
And, there's nothing any student can do to bypass the school's Server, if the IT Guys know their stuff.
