My laptop screen is loose? |
|
Best Answer: is it the entire monitor or just the very top half. if it's just the top half look around (usuallythe inside) for little plastic lumps. These can be pulled out and tighten the screws inside. It may be it's been unalligned so loosen the screws, wiggle till it seems right, then tigten back up. Wouldn't recomend undoing it entirely. If there is no bumps it's probably designed to just clip together internally. If everything on the very outside is straight and lined up right it should just press together and click in place. If there is no screws lumps and it doesn't clip together it's more then likely that the clips internally have broke and there's nothing you can really do with exception of buy a new plastic frame, celotape, or dribble a little superglue in the gap and hold together till set. Unfortulanlty i'm pretty sure superglue is useless on laptop plastic from last time i tried. Might of been metal parts i tried it on though, can't renember good luck |
