No More Windows XP?

Thursday, June 26th, 2008

Windows XP ProfessionalYou have probably heard that Microsoft will no longer be making Windows XP available to purchase as of June 30, 2008. Actually, they were going to discontinue Windows XP in January, but there was enough backlash by big companies to get Microsoft to extend sales through the end of this month.

The bad news: Effective July 1, You can’t get a computer with Windows XP on it at traditional big box resellers.

The Good News: On-Site will have computers with Windows XP Pro available at least through the end of 2008!

No need to freak out because your business applications won’t run on Vista…just call On-Site and we will take care of your business computing needs.
