It’s official. We have a new office space, and we are in the process of getting it all tidied up.
On-Site’s new office is at:
600 N. Weinbach
Suite 940
Evansville, IN 47711
Our Mailing address is still:
PO Box 2334

I post some pictures of our new office soon. For now, I will just include a shot from Google Streetview.
If you take the south entrance to the Bradford Park office plaza, our office is straight at the back.

Evansville has made it to the Big Time - we are now on Google Street View! Google’s Street View feature allows you to zoom into the street level and view the surrounding area as if you were standing in the street. Google has mostly focused on the major cities, but now Evansville, Indiana is viewable.
You can see On-Site’s new location at Bradford Park on Weinbach Ave and our old billboard here.

A New variant of the CNN Trojan has been going around lately with the subject line:
CNN Alerts: My Custom Alert

These emails link to a malicious site that gives you an “opportunity” to install a software update that is actually a trojan (like a virus) that compromises your computer.
The best thing to do with these emails is to delete them. As always, it is better to be safe than sorry.
Don’t EVER click on links in emails that are unexpected or from an email address that you don’t recognize, and be cautious when clicking any link in an email.
MX Lab has also covered this CNN Virus Variant:

On-Site is a proud sponsor of the largest computer gaming event in southern Indiana. AsylumLAN is a quarterly event where computer gamers congregate at the Vanderburgh County 4-H Center to drink caffeinated beverages and play LAN games.
On-Site staffers Darrell and Casey are avid gamers, and participate actively in the event.
On-Site donated a hot gaming motherboard with two way SLI capabilities as part of their sponsorship for their recent event in August.
AsylumLAN’s next event will be in November.

Watch out for emails that bear the subject line CNN Daily top 10.

All of the links in these emails point to a site in Germany that looks like similar to a real site, but displays a fake Flash Player upgrade message.

Clicking on the upgrade message will in fact install a Downloader Trojan on your computer.
Read more about it on the mxlab blog:
