We strongly recommend loading Service Pack 2 on all computers running Vista. If you have dialup internet, downloading it will take forever (a very long time), so you may want to take your computer to a location that has broadband internet to load it, or have it installed by a professional.
* You should make sure that your computer is free of viruses and other malware before loading any service pack. Failure to do so could make the service pack fail to load, and render your computer inoperable.
